I want to thank you for the absolutely outstanding service you provided on Monday when we were in a bind because the heater (that we’ve never used) blew out. We have guests from Ohio staying the week with us and they, of course, wanted to use the pool. I left a message with you regarding our problem on Sunday and, sure enough, you had someone out to do the bypass on the heater before we even were awake on Monday morning. The work looks great and the pool is fully back in service. We’ve lived in Winfield since 2001 and had another pool service until this year. We put up with their lousy service and sometimes no service all of those years thinking that was par for the course. Then we switched to Black Mountain Pool Service and our pool has never looked fresher and cleaner and your service, as demonstrated by what you did for us yesterday, has been stellar.
